We make our Steamed Bibingka in a commercial kitchen.

Our Steamed Bibingka is made from rice, coconut milk, coconut, yeast, baking powder, food coloring, sugar & butter. 

All of our Bibingka is naturally Gluten Free!

We bake our Biko in small batches prior to shipment and we always bake Fresh!

1.  We ship are currently shipping with UPS.  We do evaluate where you are located and will occasionally ship with USPS or FedEx Home.

2.  We do offer cool shipping, which includes a thermal liner and Ice Brix to help keep the product cooler while shipping.  This option is $3.99 extra and can be add at time of check out.

3.  Please share your feedback in regards to the packaging and shipping, we value your comments, this helps us make our service better for everyone.

4.  If you require an overnight or 2 day shipment, please contact us.  We have arranged discounts with FedEx and UPS for these services and we pass them along to our Friends with almost no markup.

I personally prefer the steamed bibingka over the regular/ traditional one. It’s not oily. It’s kind of a hybrid taste ( puto n bibingka) which my mom is not used to it. I would suggest to keep the white color. I’m not a fan of coloring foods.
