***** SHIPPING INFORMATION *****
1. We are currently shipping with UPS for most of the United States. We do evaluate where you are located and will occasionally ship with USPS or FedEx Home as they are sometimes quicker in various parts of the United States.
2. We do offer cool shipping, which includes a thermal liner and Ice Brix to help keep the product cooler while shipping. This option is $3.99 extra and can be added from our list of products here on our website.
3. Please share your feedback in regards to the packaging and shipping, we always value your comments. This feedback helps us make our service better for everyone as we do listen and implement your suggestions quite often.
4. If you require an overnight or 2 day shipment, please contact us. We have arranged discounts with FedEx and UPS for these services and we pass them along to our Friends with almost no markup.
5. Need to delay a shipment in that case, just send us a message before ordering so that we can adjust the shipping date to meet your needs.
