1. We ship are currently shipping with UPS. We do evaluate where you are located and will occasionally ship with USPS or FedEx Home.
2. We do offer cool shipping, which includes a thermal liner and Ice Brix to help keep the product cooler while shipping. This option is $3.99 extra and can be added from our list of products.

4. If you require an overnight or 2 day shipment, please contact us. We have arranged discounts with FedEx and UPS for these services and we pass them along to our Friends with almost no markup.
